Cuaba
The name Cuaba originates from the Taíno Indians, referring to a highly flammable bush used to light cigars. Launched in London in 1996, Cuaba was the first new brand introduced to commercial production in decades. The brand is unique for being exclusively dedicated to 'Double Figurado' shapes—a distinctive style with pointed ends that was immensely popular in the 19th century. Because of their complex construction, these cigars are crafted only by the most senior and highly skilled torcedores (rollers) at the Romeo y Julieta factory, offering a medium-to-full flavored smoking experience.
