Orders & Shipping — Client Guide
This guide walks you through placing an order with AromaCuba and receiving your purchase—designed with the clarity expected of a private client experience.
Step 1 — Browse & Select
Explore our collection at aromacuba.com. Each product page provides descriptions, vitola specifications, and pricing. Note the ring gauge, box count, and origin. If you require guidance before purchase, our client services team is available by email.
Step 2 — Checkout
Add your chosen item(s) to the cart and proceed to checkout. Please verify your shipping address, contact email, and order details carefully. Errors in address information may delay delivery or incur re-shipping costs.
Step 3 — Payment
We accept secure online payment methods displayed at checkout, including USDT (Tether) on TRC20 and ERC20 networks where enabled. When paying by cryptocurrency:
- Send the exact amount indicated within the payment time limit;
- Select the correct blockchain network to avoid loss of funds;
- Retain your transaction reference until your order is confirmed.
Orders are confirmed upon verified receipt of payment.
Step 4 — Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by email. Please retain this for your records. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of payment, contact info@aromacuba.com.
Step 5 — Preparation & Dispatch
Your order is inspected and prepared with care within 1–3 business days. Shipping fee: USD $20 worldwide flat rate per order.
Step 6 — Delivery & Humidor Care
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared when available. Allow 10–20 business days for international transit. Upon receipt, transfer cigars promptly to a humidor maintained at 65–70% RH. See our Shipping Policy for customs information.
