Return & Refund Policy

AromaCuba is committed to your satisfaction. Given the perishable, regulated, and hygroscopic nature of premium cigars, our return policy balances client fairness with industry standards—consistent with practices observed by fine tobacco merchants worldwide.

1. General Principle

We accept returns and damage claims only under the conditions set out below. Please review this policy before purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened boxes or cigars from which the cellophane has been removed, except where required by law;
  • Items damaged due to improper humidor storage after delivery;
  • Returns based on subjective taste preference;
  • Orders seized or destroyed by customs due to import violations on the recipient's part;
  • Items returned without prior authorisation (RMA) from our client services team.

3. Eligible Claims

You may request a return or damage claim within 48 hours of confirmed delivery if:

  • The item received is materially different from the description (incorrect vitola, marca, or box count);
  • The cigars arrived with evident mould, severe dryness, or damage caused in transit (photographic evidence required);
  • We shipped an incorrect item.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact info@aromacuba.com within the eligibility period, stating your order number, vitola, and reason for the claim;
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue return or resolution instructions;
  3. For approved physical returns, ship using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are borne by the client unless the claim is due to our error;
  4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund or replacement.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where practicable. Cryptocurrency refunds will be processed in USDT at the refund-date equivalent value, net of any non-recoverable network fees. Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for processing.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without charge before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
