Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions ("Conditions") apply to all purchases made through aromacuba.com operated by AromaCuba. They supplement our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Contract Formation

By completing checkout, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you authorise payment. Our acceptance of your order is evidenced by order confirmation or dispatch notification.

2. Product Condition & Authenticity

We warrant that cigars shipped are genuine articles as described on our website at the time of purchase—correct marca, vitola, and box presentation. Given the natural and handcrafted nature of premium cigars, minor variations in appearance, wrapper colour, or ring gauge may occur and are not considered defects but hallmarks of artisan production.

3. Storage Obligations

Cigars require proper humidor storage at approximately 65–70% RH. Deterioration due to improper storage after delivery is not covered under our quality guarantee.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Duties

Prices are as displayed at checkout. Import duties, excise taxes, value-added tax, and customs brokerage fees are your responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Timeframes are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Returns and cancellations are governed by our Return Policy. Due to the perishable and regulated nature of tobacco products, returns may be restricted once packaging has been opened.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, customs backlogs, government actions, or severe logistics disruption.

8. Entire Agreement

These Conditions, together with the policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and AromaCuba regarding your purchase, superseding prior communications unless expressly agreed in writing.

9. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
