At AromaCuba, quality is the foundation upon which our name rests. We hold ourselves to standards inspired by the world's finest tobacco merchants: rigorous selection, transparent provenance, and unwavering accountability to our clients.

1. Our Pledge

Every cigar in our collection is presented with accurate descriptions and authentic imagery. We do not misrepresent origin, marca, vitola, or box presentation.

2. Authenticity

We describe Cuban Habanos and other marques with integrity, including origin, factory codes where applicable, and packaging details as listed on each product page.

3. Condition & Storage

Cigars are stored under appropriate conditions prior to dispatch and inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our presentation standards.

4. Handcrafted Character

Premium cigars are hand-rolled from natural tobacco leaf. Minor variations in wrapper colour, vein pattern, or construction are inherent to artisan production and attest to authenticity rather than constituting defects.

5. Pre-Dispatch Inspection

Each order undergoes visual inspection before dispatch to ensure it matches your order specifications and is fit for transit.

6. Damage in Transit

Should your cigars arrive damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the box, cigars, and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.

7. Your Humidor

Upon receipt, maintain cigars at 65–70% RH in a quality humidor. Condition issues arising from improper storage after delivery are not covered by this guarantee.
