Shipping Policy

AromaCuba is pleased to offer international delivery of premium cigars to valued clients worldwide. Given the delicate nature of tobacco products, we follow rigorous packaging protocols—presented with the clarity you would expect of a fine house.

1. Shipping Fee

We apply a flat worldwide shipping rate of USD $20 per order, regardless of the number of boxes purchased, unless otherwise stated at checkout. This simplified structure allows you to shop with confidence, without hidden regional surcharges.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed upon confirmed receipt of payment. Please allow 1–3 business days for internal verification, cigar inspection, and handover to our logistics partner. During peak periods, processing may require additional time; we will notify you if a delay is anticipated.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

International delivery typically requires 10–20 business days from dispatch, depending on destination, customs clearance, and local carrier performance. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Packaging & Discretion

Cigars are packed with care using materials appropriate for international transit and humidity stability. Outer packaging is discreet and does not prominently display product descriptions, in keeping with our clients' preference for privacy.

5. Humidity & Receiving Your Order

Cigars are best maintained at approximately 65–70% relative humidity and 18–21°C (64–70°F). Upon receipt, we recommend transferring your cigars to a quality humidor promptly to preserve their condition.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

International shipments may be subject to import duties, excise taxes, value-added tax, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Tobacco imports are strictly regulated in many jurisdictions. Such charges and compliance obligations are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to mark packages as gifts or declare values lower than the actual transaction amount, in accordance with customs regulations.

7. Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout.

8. Undeliverable & Refused Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, customs seizure due to local import violations, or failure to collect within the carrier's timeframe, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs for re-dispatch or to issue a refund net of original shipping and handling expenses.
